For close color matching, we require a hexidecimal color code or a color sample.  Visit our master Hex Color Chart  HERE and specify your color name/hex code in the box provided.  Or you can send us your color sample (e.g. a paint chip, ribbon, embroidery thread, cloth cutting, silk flower petal or Hex Color printout) to us.   Visit our contact page for our mailing address.  

IMPORTANT: We will make every effort to match your colors as closely as possible.  Soy wax does not color as deeply as paraffin wax and has more of a matte finish.  For deep dark shades, adding a lot of color will affect the burn time of your candle - you may only get 6 hours.  The liquid form of the wax when burning is usually two or three shades darker than the hardened color and for pink colors especially, may turn peach due to the natural color of the soy wax (a champagne gold color).  Returns on Custom Colored Tea Lights are not accepted as we work very hard to get the tea lights as close to your color as possible.  So please be very sure of your color selection and the comments above before you place your order.  

Please allow extra time (up to 5 business days) to process your custom colored tea lights, longer during the busy candle season (September-January), as it is a time consuming process.
